Windows Mobile was good for me but now I need to choose a new Smart Phone OS! HELP?

I used to be happy with Windows Mobile (CE) both as PDAs and then phones, until MS recently BROKE two things that make it impossible for me to use their devices anymore.
I am now trying to find any other phone OS that can replace that, but I have a few very specific requirements.
I'll start with the 2 things MS broke, in the order of importance/unavailability:
1. Flexible Calendar/Appointments reminders SNOOZE! This means that if I have an appointment in 2 weeks I can set a reminder let's say 8 days in advance AND when the reminder comes up I can snooze any number of hours or days that I choose, just like in Outlook. This was great on older versions of WinMo and Windows. It broke around WinMo 5/Vista.
2. If I change a contact both on my phone AND on my PC, I want the sync. software to tell me so and allow me to choose which one replaces the other one. This used to be so on older versions of WinMo but currently one has to choose in advance if the PC or the Phone will replace the data on the other one and will not even tell me there was a conflict. This part is better even on iPhones, but the iPhone reminders are a joke.
3. I prefer to sync (contacts and calendar only) with Outlook (not online) and I keep a lot of text in Contacts Notes. I want to have (virtually) unlimited size of Notes in Contacts (NOT the separate Notes), AND search through them. This might be OK on the iPhone but I think Nokia and BlackBerry limit Contacts' Notes size.
4. I think all OSes pretty much cover everything else I need: decent book readers, OK browser, WiFi, Skype (not available for WinMo anymore!), sunlight-visible screen (not OS dependent but available on most, I think).
5. I think I'd like real multi-tasking, but even the iPhone is OK (after jailbreak).
6. Hopefully there are lots of programmers/companies that adopt the platform, so there are apps for Internet Radio, etc. Here I think the iPhone wins, but the calendar is just ridiculous, so it can't be it.
- I don't really care about cameras, music, super-hi res screens (as long as it's better than QVGA), etc.
- I also don't care about keyboards (don't text) but like dedicated buttons for some functions, if possible; however I found that the iPhone interface is quite usable with the limited buttons.
- I don't care much about bling, pretty stuff.

Well, I hope somebody can tell me there is such an OS... considering that there was one, but now is no more...

Thanks,

Cat
