Windows mobile question regarding transferring files to another device?

I have a Dash 3G mobile phone with Windows Mobile 6.0 and a Sansa Clip MP3 player. I do not know if this is possible but I am wondering if I can download an MP3 to the phone and then somehow transfer it to the MP3 player. The phone can download MP3's but just not sure about the transfer. Thanks!
