Windows Mobile Marketplace Error c101b00b?

I just got a HTC Trophy 7 (running Windows Phone 7) from a friend. I am using it via WiFi only as I cannot get it activated at the moment, but I am having a problem that seems to be common. I installed 2 apps and it went totally fine, but when I tried to install any others I got the error code c101b00b and it could not install. I get this error on the phone and in the zune software itself. I have tried a hard reset, is there anything else I can try? I am pretty new to the windows phone platform.
 
I have the HTC 7pro and experiencing the same problem over the last hour or 2. I don't know how long it has been a problem as I don't download very many apps so I have not tried in a few days. It is slightly ironic that the error code is c101b00b.....
