Windows Mobile 6: Network Log On Screen Keeps Popping Up... Need help?

Hello I have a phone with Windows mobile 6. I've had it for a year now and haven't had a single problem until now. Out of nowhere the "Network Log On" screen keeps popping up. It's soooo annoying. It pops up in the middle of phone calls and ends my call - Pops up in the middle of text messages over and over again - The worst part is when it does pop up it keeps the screen on so my battery that used to die every 2-3 days now dies in about 6-8 hours. I've tried everything to stop it but it won't quit. I don't even have access to the network to log on to, I just use wifi. Does anyone know what is causing this problem and/or how to stop it? I don't have any applications running that require the internet. I just don't know.

Go to your settings, go to System, go to Connections, delete the modem connection that keeps popping up. My HTC used to do that with Windows 6.5
