It goes to media player and says the file is not compatible everytime.They have always worked before. I just updated to media player 11. It plays songs great. My daughter downloaded Quicktime player for her Itouch and they work just fine on that.
you need to download codecs (coder/decoder) for the file you are trying to play. Not all video files are formatted the same. Not all .avi files are the same as well.
