Windows media player songs lose their names when burned?

On windows media player my dad burns these chinese music so he can listen to. When he puts it in the burn list the names are fine. But after he burns them and put them back in to check the names are like Track 1, Track 2, Track 3 etc. Also the disc name becomes Unknown album ...

How do i fix this for him? He keeps bothering me about it
 
Just rename the tracks. it takes maybe 3 minutes.
it does this to everybody.

or you could get a Zue, and their software has its own collection. its much better.
