I ripped a cd into the windows media player. The volume is lower on that album compared to the most of the other albums. Is there a way you can match the volume on that album to make it like the others.

It could be that it's a WMA file (Windows Media File)
WMA files have been known to have a lower quality, for you will use little storage on your hard drive.

Downloading a file conveter would possibly work..
I'd say transfer it from WMA to MP3 for better quality.

Download a program called MP3Gain. Then put a file into the program that has the volume level you want and click to analyze it. Whatever volume level comes up, i.e. if it says 95, then clear that file and add the album in that you want to change. Set the program to change the volume level to 95 and then apply the volume changes.
