Open WMP and go to RIP MORE OPTIONS or do Tools Options and hit the RIP TAB
From here Under Format choose WAV or Lossless
Now I'll insert my 2cents...WHY would you want too!?
These files will be huge and nothing will play them.
Now if you're editing music and want the wav to do so then I understand.
