Windows Media Player Problems?

Well i have WMPv10 and its messing up. I have downloaded the k-lite codecs pack so i could play the downloaded torrent UFC 100, however after i installed k-lite, i cant even get my wmp to open.

When i try to delete wmp to re'install it from the get go, i get "blah blah blah: Access Denied" and cant delete it.

1. Will downloading WMP 11 replace the old currupted wmp10 on my computer?

2. Can anyone link me to a wmp11 codecs pack that 'will' work?
 
K-Lite codec pack should work with any media player in your computer. No matter what version of WMP you are using. Your WMP10 is probably corrupted. You can upgrade it to v11 from the Microsoft Download site but you will need Windows Validation to see if your Windows is legit.
