windows media player in windows 7?

I tried to burn music today, usually i have no problems, well on one song it gave me that retarded "windows media player as encountered a problem while burning to disc" error, ofcourse its unknown in web help, anyways, i tried 8 different files of the same song, didnt work, all were 2:55 long and the same title, the 1 that finally worked was 2:56 long and the name changed by 1 character, why is that? how can the same song not work b/c its a second shorter and the name has 1 less character? it just doesnt make any sense, and before you ask, yes i made sure none of the files were protected and such
