Windows media player gone crazy?

So my windows media player does not work properly.The thing is that it shows for example all the souds from Left 4 Dead.And it also shows some css server sounds.... I would like it to have music only,Not EVERY sound file on my computer.And it also doesn't show some real songs -.- . Sure i could delete all the sounds i don't need and add the sounds missing,but that is a boring and a long process.And the sound files keep coming.So is there a way to filter all of these unnecessary things or do i have to learn to live with it?
