When I try to play a video via WMP, there's a black screen and I can only hear the audio.
The file is in 'Video Clip' format and it was working fine up until now. Could it be related to installing a codec pack? How can I fix this?
OK, I've fixed it apart from one video. What's wrong with that particular video?
