This is driving me crazy! I spent two days downloading music to my computer for a road trip and then when I went to sync them to my device, it put the new downloads on but the 300 songs I had on the mp3 player already disappeared! I thought I had messed something up. So today I downloaded more songs, and when I went to sync it, once again, everything but the new songs disappeared - it keeps removing them even though it never gives me an option to tell it to do that or not! I've lost hundreds of songs in the last couple weeks and I'm about to go insane if I download these one more time only to lose them. Please help!
