Alright, so I installed Windows 7 on my computer yesterday, which came with Windows Media Player 12. I was a little ticked off that there was Toolbar option for it like WMP 11, so I went to this site: http://www.askvg.com/how-to-get-windows-media-player-wmp-taskbar-toolbar-back-in-windows-7/. I followed the instructions to get WMP 11. It didn't work... at all. So now I'm trying to get WMP 12 back but I'm not sure how. I went to the official website (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/windows-media-player-12) which said I had to validate my system. That only led me to here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=31017ed3-166a-4c75-b90c-a6cef9b414c4&displaylang=en&Hash=tii%2bYcqPQHylto4Tmbf8W952mycg5L9Y1gwdirpl4hFd9beFFFHHyjBswnmPd6pseTmGTsJB3oYK0z8U7lft9Q%3d%3d. I've tried downloading both .msu files, but they both said they weren't compatable with my system. So now what? How am I suppose to redownload WMP 12?
