Every time I try to sync my device (Philips GoGear 2GB) It says "it can not sync at this time, try again later". It has been about a year now, and whenever i try to add songs after plugging it up, when i click the "Start Sync" button, it says, "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while synchronizing the file to the device. For additional assistance, click Web Help." and the Web Help doesn't help at all. I don't know what to do. I would really appreciate it if you could help me.
