Ok, so we just got our computers redone because they had viruses and I'm wanting to burn a cd, one is a desktop computer and one's a laptop and everytime I try to burn a CD it's saying "Connect a burner and restart the player" I've never had a problem on these computers before with burning cd's. My burner is internal. Anyone have any solutions? I tried to do the whole going to my computer and clicking properties and that didn't work because the properties option isn't letting me click it and there is no management tab to click on??
