Windows Media Encoder Broadcasting Problem?

When i usually broadcast, windows media encoder gives me a IP for an internet direct connection, but just recently the local and internet connections ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. And only i am able to connect to it from my PC. I haven't changed any settings recently, but others still cannot connect. What can i do to allow people to connect to the broadcast.
