windows live photo gallery cannot save a picture?!?

everytime i edit a pictureand click save a copy,it just says windows live photo gallery has experienced a problem.and ther is a link as to 'why CAN'T A SAVE THIS PHOTO?' AND IT DOES NOT HELP AT ALL!
