Windows Live Movie Maker 14.0.8117.0416 missing custom settings?

So I recorded a video of Minecraft with Fraps and edited in WLMM, but when I go to save it only has the standard 720p, widescreen 480p, Standard Definition, portable device and email options and it has 2 "custom" options for 1080p and "burn a DVD" which were already there when it was installed. There is no mention of an option to actually create my own custom settings nor is there any menu with options whatsoever. Is this program really so messed that they removed the ability to allow you to choose the resolution and such of the video or am I dealing with a faulty installation of some kind?

I'm using Windows 7 ultimate, 64 bit. Just recently upgraded from 32 bit and it was working perfectly on there...
