Windows Could Not Load Install for Wireless Communication Devices

hey guys

just bought this nice nokia e62 today...love the phone
im trying to hook up the phone to my laptop so i can use the modem and back up but when i install the software and then connect the device to the computer it says "Windows Could Not Load Install for Wireless Communication Devices...contact yo...."

wat do i do?

i already tried all the reinstalling and removing and installing and stuff

please help
