Microsoft has just hired new division heads to replace the ones that were let go recently. Look at the diversity! Everywhere I look in the business and tech industry, we keep seeing the same thing. What do all these people have in common? I mean, just look at them!

I have no idea what point the OP intended to be made. I'm not inclined to make it about any of those qualifiers, whether race or gender or age. I just cut to the obvious, that they are outwardly the same general group.

And they aren't fancy dressers, either.

It's obviously a progression: left one has a plain shirt, middle one has a shirt with vertical stripes, right one has one with vertical and horizontal stripes. A fourth one should, by this logic, have a shirt with vertical and horizontal stripes and a dot in each square, but this would look terribly unfashionable, so I guess they decided to just dump the dude.
