Windows asking to reactivate and wireless connection can't be found?!?

The other day Windows was asking me to reactivate. Fair enough, Windows does that. So, today it's telling me we have to reactive before we can use windows, and we have to do this via the internet. But for some reason, the internet connection has disappeared! I'm currently on another laptop, which mysteriously IS connected. We're on a talktalk wireless connection, the modem has it's lights on, and this computer is connected to it.

However, on the PC which needs reactivating, there is only dial-up available. Our connection has disappeared. When the dial-up connection comes up to connect to the internet, I click settings to see if I can set up a connection, I click 'SETUP' and nothing happens!

What on earth am I supposed to do?

select the phone tab and it will show u a phone number which u will call there to enter the full product key! then they will tell u back a product code to write down to complete the activation. and also u can do it by connecting an ethernet cable! because no way the computer have a wireless connection and isnt supporting wired connection..
