Windows 7 "This copy of Windows is not genuine". How do I fix this?

Is there some sort of way to get my Windows 7 Ultimate back? It started like about around January where I had to get my computer fixed because of the drive. And the guy asked if we wanted to upgrade our Vista to Windows 7 ultimate for $40. Obviously we said yes, considering they are $100+. Then that thing appeared, I THINK around May ? I believe .. or April.

Is there any way to get it back?
