ok so i know the back windows can be tinted as black as you want ... ive seen sites saying 70 % is the max on front windows ... but then i read things that say no tint what so ever .... ( chp forum ) so im guessing that its no tint ... but i see cars in LA driving around with tint ... now i know about the " after market " deal where if its form the factory it can be acceptable i guess ? ive heard that ... but why the hell are cars from the 80's driving around in lala land with fully tinted windows ( exception to the front windshield ) and i mean they are BLACKED OUT ! and i know they arent from out of state hints the cali plates .. but what the hell is up with this ... i have an 83 zu that i just want so badly to tint the windows ... but i have no back windows to tint exept the one ... now what i would be going for is keeping theives from seeing my shit inside to lift it ... ( stereo face ) and other valubles ... now i understand that officers wish to be able to see you .. but there should be ways around that ... thats just bullshit ... arazona allows up to 33 % on the front sides ... so can someone give me an answer as to why people are driving around in LA with tints when they are clear that that car wouldnt offer tints from the factory ? also id like to know about street glow legality ?
