Window Tint Laws in PA - If I have 35% on the front, and 20% on the back, will i

get pulled over? In PA, where I live its 70% or more in the front and in the back i think. My question is, if i put 35% on the front or something little higher than that but less than 70%, and 20% on the back, will i get pulled over if im just driving around and a cop sees me. I dont drive this car alot but my dad drives it to work and its like 22 miles away from my house so he's on the high way alot. Will he get pulled over if I put something less than 70%. If i do get pulled over, how much fine will I get and are they gonna tear off the tint off my window. Additional info is welcomed
