Hi, I had some problem with my windows and I used the CD/DVD which came with my Toshiba Laptop to reinstall the windows (as I do sometimes) or to say brought the computer back to out of box configuration. But after that the window media player doesn't play some video files properly as it used to. When I play some lectures from my hard drive only voice comes but the screen portion of window media player remains blank. If I play the same videos by some other player as real player, they play well with audio and video. What might be the problem? What should I do?
