My company has become is unviable. I want to wind it up properly but my fellow director just wants to ignor our legal requirements. He wants to bankrupt the company, I want to pay all out standing bills and disolve the company. What are my options. Will I have to pay the bills in order to wind it up? Can I just pay my share? Can he be forced to comply with the law?
