Is it illegal or against baseball rules to pitch from the Windup position with runner(s) on first, second or first and second?
I know I've seen pitchers switch to windup when the bases are loaded and if there is a runner on third. I was wondering if there is a rule about this. I've never seen anyone pitch from Windup with a runner on first or first and second.
