v = 60 m/s
p = 1.2 m^3

Theoretical Power = 1/2 pAv^3
= .59 1/2(1.2 kg/m^3)(13273 m^2)(60 m/s)^3
? 1.015 × 10^9 W

note: .59 is related to Betz' law.

Actual Power = .2 x 1/2(1.2 kg/m^3)(13273 m^2)(60 m/s)^3 W
? 3.440 × 10^8 W
? 344MW

note: the .2 is an average of the 10-30% actual power conversion.

Thats about 100 times too high to be possible, what am I doing wrong?
