I just installed a sub in my car all good. Sounds mad, it has a remote controller On my dash so you can control the bass level , however when the knob is turned to minimum an around till about 12 o clock on the knob a wind like hiss or static is coming from the sub , when the knob is turned to maximum the hissing goes away. I know it's within either the switch or
the Ethernet looking cable that joins the switch to the amp in the sub because the hiss sound completely disappears .
Does anyone know why this is happening ?
