If you change the version of SW, you can kill the phone. Some of versions can be changed. If you can find more information of this... Yandex.ru..search machine...the russians have a good forums for S25 and software for this.

Flash the phone with correct (but I don't know which) version. You need *.c2r file to upload in the phone (with total flasher). If you was made a backup copy - map, EEprom, Flash- just restore them. See russian forums for correct version, or german sites....

but it works with some of S25 versions...not for all
