Willamete valley - which wineries worth to visit, hiking, sighseeing?

We are going to visit Portland, where we are going to spend a half of a day, and then we are driving to Willamette valley for 3 days. We are big fans of wine tasting, we collect wines, but also like sighseeing, hiking, finding good restaurants, having new experience etc. Any recommendation for this area? We are staying at the Allison, in Newberg.
and whoops, I didn't spell Willamette right :-(
