...rights? Georgia seems to be wanting everyone's water. They just didn't plan for their growth adequately and that's just to bad for them. Now they are trying to steal water from neighboring states(even though they could open up a desalinization plant on their coast). If Georgia continues their stupid ways when will Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida attack Georgia? What other states in the US are having similar issues?
