You know, that will be a very interesting thing to wait and see about. Princess Anne was pretty adamant about not wanting her children to have titles....but as they become adults, one wonders if THEY feel the same way about that that their mother does.
To tell the truth, if I was the Queen's granddaughter....I would surely want some sort of nice title whether my mother wanted me to have it or not.....after all, not like Anne turned down the title of Princess...or quit using it when she married...or even turned down the extra title of "Princess Royal" when her mother gave it to her not so very long ago.
I think I'd wonder....hey, Mom....speak for yourself.....if Grandmother wants to give me a title..don't you be turning it down for me!!!
But, they do seem to be sweet and obedient children....and, from what I can tell, their mother is pretty strong-willed and not somebody they probably feel they can do much talking back to.
Of course, one thing about the family....plenty of private family money in it....and most children will obey to the nth degree if it means the money continues their way if they do.
Certainly the Queen will leave Anne some money....and the other of her children. Once she dies though....they probably won't be able to run to Prince Charles for money like they have run to the Queen.....and it is going to be very interesting to see all of them scrambling about trying to live on what they inherit from the Queen from her private funds.
