will you help your guy when he is in a need of financial support?

my guy got a problem with his recent job and want to leave but actually he likes it but did not get paid to survive for now as he did not start for long enough to make a big money, he was talking to his boss, his boss wanted him to stay as he is very hard working and top 3 guys in the firm. but if he stays a little bit longer, the outcome will be fruitful i mean he can start making something, he put a lot of effort to this job. So, he called me yesterday and want to make sure i got his back. I mean financiallu support for this tough period as he needs to pay his rent at least for next month, he said that he will try to avoid it but want to know i have his back. i did it in the past but he has not returned my money yet as he used to work on his own business but it failed. he said that he will pay me as soon as his financial started imporving, i know he is a very hard working but he just has not been lucky to pay me back yet. so, will you help again?
