Will (would?) the new government health care cover people who need artificial organs

to live? I can't seem to find any un-biased details on what kind of health care each person can get (provided it's not repealed...)
My fiance needs a fake stomach in 4 years or he's going to die a slow painful death when his stomach gives out. They're telling us there's a 10% chance he'll get one from a waiting list of charities in time.
He's got a pre-existing condition and I guess stomachs can't be transplanted it has to be artificial.
If the health care plan remains and goes through will he be able to get a stomach, or help paying for one, pay a high premium for it through a company, or anything? Or is the insurance offered (for low-income people with horrible credit) going to be not enough?
