Any kind of brisk or intense cardiovascular activity will help you loose weight. I strongly believe that diet and exercise are crucial factors in weight loss. Try cutting fats from your diet as well.. No fried foods .. also, watch out for sodium.. it will make you blow up like a balloon and can be hidden in things you don't expect... like foods that sit on the shelf with lots of preservatives. Maybe consider soy milk instead of regular. .. it tastes great, (doesn't have added hormones) and is healthier for you! Most of all, though, watch out for fatty foods! Fat that you eat is fat on your body. Think lean!
