I'm a big guy. I just lost like over 20 lbs and I weigh 172. I have huge muscles but some fat. I do powerful workouts at my gym which includes good cardio and lots of weightlifting. My diet is fine. I drink mostly water, milk and green tea. Protein is a good way to recover from workouts. I drink a cup of Body Fortress Whey Protein right after my workout. Will that fit in nicely with my program if I want to keep building the guns but drop the unwanted fat????
