Will we ever hang out again or did it go too far?

I hooked up with this guy at a party last night who I met the other day. We went to second base (hand job/fingering).. we had both been drinking but we have a lot in common and had a lot to talk about the past few times we've hung out. I felt a spark when we kissed which doesn't usually happen right off the bat. We both just started college and I would really like to be friends with him. Did I blow my chances at hanging out with him again? I denied him for sex, but let the other stuff I mentioned happen..I don't want anything serious, maybe to hookup again or be friends.
