Will walking two miles and doing 200 curl-ups and spending 10minutes on my bike help me

to get rid of my fat.? I am really concerned with my mid section. I have belly and back fat! OMG. I don't want to go back to school fat. I am restricting myself to a diet of subway everyday and eating what I want to on the weekends. I exercise as I have described everyday also. Will this help or am I wasting my time.
 
subway as a diet?? isnt good! you can't loose fat by just doing excercise your diet is the most important thing!! and subway diet is an expensive way of losing fat so keep to fitness but eat low calorie food and drink water and fruit juice!! dosent have to be expensive!!!
