Will walking/jogging be enough to lose the weight desired?

I'm wanting to lose approximately 10 pounds in about 8 weeks. Is this possible? I'm watching everything that I eat and I only drink water throughout the day. I have been going to the gym and walking/jogging about 4 miles an hour for about 75 minutes. Is this enough to acheive this goal? I do not want to gain a lot of muscle and be thick I just want to lose fat. Any other suggestions?
