i am not looking for the typical six-pack abs (and with that i also mean the abs that don't necessarily look like a six pack but are still quite strongly defined), but i do want to lose the flab i have and get a nice and flat tummy.
can that be done with walking and biking too, or do i HAVE to do exercises that specifically target that area of my body?
