Will Vortech supercharger installation void a Honda warranty?

I have a 2008 Honda S2000. Will installation of Vortech supecharger by an authorized installer void the Honda warranty?
 
Any modification to an engine and the amount fo horsepower it makes (other than things like air filters, spark plugs, etc.) will void the warranty, it makes the engine more stressed causing things to break faster. So 99% chance that yes it will void the warranty.
 
Probably because than the engine is working slightly different than it was intended to
