will Verizon Wireless repair/restore my phone?

I had a screen protector on my phone and then i tried to pull it off, and put a new one, because it was getting marks on it, but the whole screen came off. Do you think Verizon will fix the screen or even replace my phone, since in addition to that, the keyboard is getting loose too? If so, are there specific Verizon stores that you go to for situations like these? I have the Samsung Reality by the way. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you :)
 
Yes Verizon will repair your phone in some cases if damage is to severe they will give you a new phone depending on your contract . But this will OBVIOUSLy cost you money like for example i got my verizon wireless phone wet and they had to give me a new one since i had a contract it cost me 50 bucks .
 
If you have insurance on phone, call and they will replace after deductible $. If no insurance, go to used phone store and buy. Make sure it is set up for VZW then activate.
