I had a screen protector on my phone and then i tried to pull it off, and put a new one, because it was getting marks on it, but the whole screen came off. Do you think Verizon will fix the screen or even replace my phone, since in addition to that, the keyboard is getting loose too? If so, are there specific Verizon stores that you go to for situations like these? I have the Samsung Reality by the way. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you
