so i used to have the Motorola Moto Q and the Q9C and had to return three Moto Qs and one Moto Q9C so they finally sent me a different phone ( the Motorola Rival) and i had to return one of them because the q button was broken when i got it, and now the new one they gave me has some issues as well, the touch screen dosen't always flip and the center touch key wont always work so the phone kinda freezes when messages are recieved.
So i don't know if i should take it back to verizon to get a new one because i have only had the Rival for about a week now or should i just go buy a new phone all together because i have had to return 5 phones now.
Does Verizon but holds on accounts if you return to many phones.
every issue i have had with my phones has been able to be duplicated. With the Moto Qs the same issue also happened with my sisters and my grandparents phones as well
The issue with my new phone dosent happen all the time.
