...the phone from them? I have had troubles with verizon wireless before. My phone would constantly be breaking and when I went to the store they would give me a refurbished phone as a replacement. My most recent phone broke and I would like to upgrade to a newer phone without extending my contract. Therefore I am buying a new phone off of ebay and activating it under my current account. Now I know this can be risky, so I was wondering, if I have a problem with this phone and go to the verizon store, will they give me a refurbished phone as a replacement? I was curious whether they would replace it considering I didn't purchase it from them.
