I have the Storm 2. It took a fall and now it has a crack on the inside of the screen so I can't even feel it and it's hardly noticeable. Now the touch screen is messing up really bad. I could hardly unlock my phone. I have insurance on it will I have to pay $89 for a replacement, or will they give me a new one?
Will Verizon replace my phone?
