i'm new to the company so i'm not familiar with their exchange policy. my blackberry always marks old texts from weeks ago as unread, and notifies me about them multiple times. and sometimes i don't get texts until ten minutes after they were sent to me. i've had the phone for about two months, i was wondering if verizon will replace the phone for me or if i would have to pay for a new one?
will verizon replace my blackberry?
