I got my Blackberry Curve (the older one, they don't sell it anymore) about a year ago. Since then, I've been through the original one, a refurbished one, and now another refurbished one. They've all had the same problems. Nothing major- just things that can easily get in the way and not make me happy, such as texts not showing up until I restart my phone, clock changing all the time (resulting in me being late to school and other things), freezing when I add a new contact, and the web browser is just not worth paying 30 dollars extra for. I'm not looking to switch to a non smartphone, just probably an android phone. My upgrade is in a year, but I can't wait that long. Do you think if I explain this to them they'll let me upgrade early?
